




Job Summary: Support HR and Payroll Department operations, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and time tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting employees with labor-related inquiries. ✅ **Responsibilities:** **Human Resources:** Supporting the recruitment and selection process (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and feedback); Onboarding new employees; Benefits control and administration; Supporting performance evaluation follow-up. **Payroll Department:** Supporting hiring, termination, and contract management processes; Management of electronic time tracking, attendance control, and hour bank; Supporting payroll closing and labor charge calculations; Managing vacation, leave of absence, licenses, and employee documentation; Assisting employees with labor-related inquiries. Stipend: R$1\.400,00 \+ R$ 200,00 transportation allowance.
