




A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Financial Coordinator in Nova Lima (Vila da Serra). Focused on technology and design, it strives to efficiently meet its clients’ needs. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate administrative and financial routines, ensuring organization, reliability of information, and compliance with internal policies. Manage daily cash flow by forecasting inflows and outflows, monitoring balances, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations. Guide / coordinate billing (issuance of invoices). Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, validating entries, deadlines, documents, and internal approvals. Perform bank reconciliations, verifying statements, payments, receipts, and accounting entries. Supervise administrative and financial contracts and support commercial contracts and addenda. Support the accounting department by submitting documentation, clarifying queries, and ensuring alignment of information for monthly closing. Prepare managerial reports, including a simplified income statement (DRE), financial position, performance indicators, and projections to support executive management.
