Responsibilities: * Handle customers via phone, GLPI, and omnichannel; * Provide initial support for VoIP telephony (Asterisk); * Perform basic checks on Linux servers (RHEL 7 and 9\); * Log and track service tickets, ensuring proper escalation when necessary. * Escalate more complex incidents and problems to higher support levels. * Monitor the entire lifecycle of service tickets until resolution. * Support the team in continuously improving customer service and documenting procedures. Minimum Requirements * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields, completed or currently pursuing * Basic knowledge of VoIP and Linux; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with customers; * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in technical support; Basic networking knowledge (IP, ping, traceroute).
