Responsibilities: Provide specialized technical services, conduct surveys via telecommunication, and mediate the relationship between company and consumer, following planned and controlled scripts and procedures, as well as those transferred by frontline teams for differentiated services—such as complaint registration and specific customer interactions—through operation of systems and tools provided by the company.
