Job Summary: Serve as a technical leader, supporting developers, mapping architectural needs, defining standards, and collaborating with teams to ensure system quality and evolution. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership in Node.js and AWS within microservices architecture. 2. Experience with Vue.js (Nuxt), React (Next.js), and React Native. 3. Promote technical growth and engineering culture. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Act as the team’s technical leader, supporting developers in decision-making and ensuring delivery quality. * Map technical needs, risks, and opportunities for architectural improvement across applications, proposing scalable and secure solutions. * Define and evolve internal architectural standards, development best practices, code reviews, and technical governance. * Collaborate with Product, UX, and other teams to ensure alignment between technical and business requirements. * Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring system maintenance, performance, and observability. * Guide the team on modern development practices, such as CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and documentation. * Conduct mentoring sessions, promote the team’s technical growth, and strengthen engineering culture. * Actively contribute to hands-on development, especially during critical or highly complex situations. * Support decisions related to microservices-oriented architecture and integrations between internal and external systems. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience working as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead in high-complexity environments. * Proficiency in **Node.js** for backend service development. * Strong experience with **AWS** (Lambda, ECS, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, among others). * Hands-on experience with **microservices architecture**, design patterns, and engineering best practices. * Experience in modern frontend ecosystems, particularly: + **Vue.js (Nuxt)** + **React (Next.js)** + **React Native** * Solid knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, versioning, and testing. * Ability to technically lead teams, facilitate decisions, and ensure technical quality. * Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and ability to solve complex problems. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Postgraduate degree in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, or related fields. * AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps). * Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems. * Exposure to DevOps culture, IaC (Terraform/CDK), or advanced CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog, Grafana). **Diversity strengthens us!** If you are a person with a disability, our opportunities await you. **Join our team!**
