Ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in L3 application support within operational and industrial environments, familiarity with the ITIL framework, and practical experience with ITSM systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities and Duties**: * L2/L3 support in critical environments: address and resolve complex incidents in Processing/AS\&R systems (MES, LIMS, reliability and integrity systems). * End-to-end ITSM management: handle incidents, problems (RCA), and changes—ensuring proper logging, prioritization, communication, and evidence collection. * Demand and project management: orchestrate demand execution and ensure change governance where applicable. * AMS supplier management: provide technical leadership to suppliers, monitor delivery, ensure quality, manage backlogs, and drive improvements; create/organize procedures and knowledge base content. * Evolution and roadmap: gather/validate requirements, draft technical specifications, and plan releases/patches/upgrades aligned with the roadmap—minimizing operational risks and impacts. * UAT and production rollout: support and execute testing/UAT processes, acceptance criteria, and implementation/rollback plans. * Governance, contracts, and licenses: manage contracts, licenses, and compliance (audits/evidence), ensuring adherence to IT standards and policies. * Training and adoption: identify training needs and implement training plans for end users and support teams. * Technical updates: participate in industry events and introduce applicable improvements to the industrial/mining context. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Key Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering * Advanced English proficiency * Solid experience in L3 application support within operational/industrial environments. * Familiarity with the ITIL framework. * Practical experience with ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Demand) and RCA. * Experience in technical management of AMS suppliers. * Ability to document and maintain procedures/runbooks/knowledge base. * Knowledge of UAT, testing, and validation practices for production deployment. * Implementation of systems in cloud/on-premise environments * Experience with MES and/or LIMS, including integrations with production, quality, laboratory, reliability, and integrity processes. * Basic understanding of OT/IT and security practices. * Knowledge of SQL/BI (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services) and data integration for reporting. **Technical Qualifications**: * SQL Server 2019 or later; * Cybersecurity, Data Privacy; * ITIL / COBIT * Contract / Supplier Management * Project Management * Change Management * Information Systems Management **Skills and Knowledge**: * Industrial systems management: LIMS / MES / PIMS / asset and reliability management * Proven experience in technical leadership for project management. * Strong communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders (IT, Operations, Suppliers). * Ownership mindset and focus on operational continuity. * Clear communication with Operations, IT, and suppliers. * Organization, process discipline, and documentation rigor. * Technical leadership and collaboration. **Additional Information** Work Model at Client: **Hybrid** Location: **Belo Horizonte \- MG** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
