Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Work directly on the production line, ensuring quality control of processes and compliance with established standards; * Analyze non-conformities, leading root cause investigations and defining corrective and preventive actions; * Apply Lean and Kaizen methodologies for process optimization, waste reduction, and continuous improvement; * Monitor quality indicators (KPIs), proposing actions to improve performance and reduce defects; * Maintain constant interface with Process Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain departments to ensure production process stability; * Conduct process and product audits, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory requirements; * Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) at the factory; * Develop and review work instructions and operational standards, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in execution; * Support technical training of operational teams on quality- and process-related topics. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Control and Automation, or related fields); * Solid experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering within an industrial environment; * Experience with non-conformity analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA); * Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and production processes; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive, railway, or capital goods industry; * Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP; * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification; * Experience with quality management systems and process audits; * Familiarity with Kaizen methodologies and advanced Lean culture; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality Engineering or related fields.
