A completed high school education is required; ongoing or completed higher education is a plus. Professional experience in the commercial area is essential. Key competencies evaluated include: * Active prospecting; * Lead qualification; * Lead nurturing and customer relationship management; * Meeting scheduling; * CRM recordkeeping and updates. Requirements: * Experience in outbound lead prospecting; * Understanding of the sales funnel; * Clear and assertive communication: Proficiency in verbal and written language, with emphasis on conveying confidence and clarity; * Proficiency in tools such as **Pipedrive** or other CRMs for recording and tracking interactions with leads.
