Join us!** **Position: Requirements & Features Analyst - ADAS** **Responsibilities and Tasks:** If you have a technical profile and enjoy understanding how systems work in practice, this role is for those who want to directly contribute to product development. **Mission:** Definition and documentation of technical requirements for ADAS systems. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Defining and detailing technical requirements for ADAS systems * Drafting feature behavior documentation (logic description) * Working with HMI and integration of electronic systems * Collaborating with global teams for technical alignment * Supporting feature evolution according to regulatory and customer requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced English proficiency; * Brazilian Driver's License Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with ADAS, embedded systems, sensors, and/or automation—either professional or academic projects such as Baja, SAE, etc. * Knowledge of related activities; extension projects are valid (e.g., Baja, SAE, or others); * Completed or ongoing degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields; **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of automotive electronics/electrical systems; * Experience or exposure to ADAS; * Experience in writing technical requirements; * Familiarity with HMI and system behavior; * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; **Behavioral Profile:** * Initiative and proactivity * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Willingness to learn; On-site work only – Betim/MG **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Daycare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
