Administrative support and assistance in achieving clinic goals **Position: Receptionist** Location: Vila da Serra – Nova Lima (100% in-person) Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 \| Saturdays as needed (flexible hours required during this time) Salary: 1848.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Snacks provided at the company Monthly bonus (R$800.00 to R$1600.00\) **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing high-standard in-person service to patients * Responding via WhatsApp and social media platforms * Managing and organizing appointments * Billing and issuing receipts/invoices * Organizing the front desk * Providing administrative support and assisting in achieving clinic goals. ✅ **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience as a Receptionist / customer service representative * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office (Excel) * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Instagram * Availability for travel to São Paulo (2–3 days/month) and flexibility in weekly working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with appointment scheduling systems (e.g., Clinicorp) * Knowledge of invoice issuance and health-related tax documentation (Carnê\-Leão) Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education) Willingness to travel * Transportation allowance * Monthly bonus (R$800.00 to R$1600.00\) * Snacks provided at the company
