Job Summary: Customer and supplier service, either in person or by phone, identifying needs and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for ongoing undergraduate studies. **Purpose of the Role:** To serve customers and suppliers, either in person or by phone, identifying their needs and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. **Requirements:** **EDUCATION**: Completed high school **EXPERIENCE**: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. **KNOWLEDGE**: Basic computer skills **SKILLS**: Adaptability/flexibility, job knowledge, interest in the work, interpersonal skills, work quality, organization. **Desired Competencies:** Ongoing undergraduate studies. **Responsibilities and Duties:** · Announce the arrival of customers/suppliers and direct them to the requested person/department; · Assist company departments in transferring calls; · Receive, register, and forward various correspondence; · Answer telephone calls, take messages when necessary, and deliver them accurately; · Make telephone calls to mobile or landline numbers as requested; · Provide customer and supplier service through available communication channels. **Salary and Benefits:** Base salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan.
