I have an opportunity for you to directly manage the **chassis component project for prototype vehicles**, within a major player in the automotive industry (Stellantis). Here, you won’t just monitor processes—you’ll be at the core of operations, connecting engineering, suppliers, and critical project timelines. **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Conduct technical sourcing and coordinate suppliers, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements, cost targets, and project deadlines. * Serve as the technical interface between engineering, suppliers, and support departments, clarifying specifications and mitigating production and delivery risks. * Manage project schedules, plan logistics, and track deliveries to ensure parts availability within established deadlines. * Support supplier development and homologation processes for automotive components. * Perform SAP-related activities, including part registration, purchase order tracking, inventory control, and invoice processing. * Handle import logistics, risk management, and contingency planning. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Production, or related fields) * Knowledge of **automotive chassis components** (suspension, structure, mechanical systems) * Experience in **automotive product development** (preferably prototypes or new programs) * Experience in **technical supplier management (sourcing)** * Experience in **multifunctional interface** (engineering, procurement, logistics, quality) ### **Management and Processes** * Experience in **project schedule management** * Familiarity with **automotive development workflows** (APQP, milestones, validations, etc.) ### **Tools** * Experience with **SAP** (ERD or similar): + Material master data creation + Purchase order follow\-up + Inventory control / Invoice management * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills ### **Language** * Intermediate English (minimum) for technical communication **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
