Conduct quotations with a minimum of three budget proposals, prepare comparative analysis reports, and lead negotiations based on quality, price, and delivery timelines. Purchases within established thresholds require review by the Procurement Coordinator and approval by senior management, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Issue purchase orders and conduct formal communication with suppliers, construction sites, and senior management. Make necessary adjustments to purchase orders, especially concerning invoices. Also, initiate and monitor non-conformance processes identified at construction sites, logging incidents in the system, contacting suppliers, and tracking resolution efforts—whether due to product or value discrepancies—to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled. Register and qualify suppliers according to quality criteria, enabling quotation processes and future acquisitions. Prepare monthly and managerial reports on supplier evaluations, urgent demands, and formalizations to support management decision-making. Actively participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001 and ESG), ensuring adherence to sector-specific procedures and standards. With a focus on large-scale procurement, you will be responsible for planning the acquisition of materials and services, ensuring organization, predictability, and efficiency throughout the process. In addition to routine quotation, negotiation, and order issuance tasks, you will supervise and develop your team, providing guidance, training, and performance improvement. Keep senior management informed via regular managerial progress reports. Carry out internal procedures related to the role, report anomalies to your immediate supervisor, and perform other duties pertinent to the procurement department, contributing to operational efficiency and strategic procurement control. **We expect you to have:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Relevant professional experience. **We’ll be thrilled if you also have:** * Supplier negotiation and qualification experience. Knowledge of construction materials.
