You will be responsible for developing institutional materials, supporting internal and external campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. * Creation, development, and updating of graphic assets; * Development and maintenance of the visual identity for institutional materials (corporate presentations, internal communications, office printed materials, templates, etc.); * Visual support for institutional campaigns and internal engagement; * Creation of visual identity for office events (logos, environmental design, digital and physical assets); * Adaptation of layouts for various formats and channels; * Ensuring consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all deliverables; and * Liaison with internal departments to align requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Design or related fields. * Proficiency in Canva (our primary tool), Photoshop, or Illustrator. * Desirable: video editing knowledge; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and refined aesthetic sense; and * Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
