Our mission is to **develop and implement, with excellence, innovative healthcare solutions**, promoting **improved quality of life** for patients and their families, while anticipating societal and healthcare system transformations. **Job Description** The **Nursing Intern** will support clinical, administrative, and operational activities within the healthcare area, always under supervision, contributing to the organization of patient care, patient monitoring, and support for Home Care, Home Hospitalization, Case Management, and Specific Intervention programs. **Main Responsibilities** * Support clinical department activities under supervision; * Schedule medical and nursing consultations and home visits; * Conduct telephone contact with patients and family members for monitoring purposes; * Assist in assembling and organizing medical records; * Enter and update patient care and progress information into the system; * Support the preparation of budgets, addendums, and clinical reports; * Assist in managing schedules, authorizations, and documentation; * Participate in team activities to maintain the Quality Management System; * Support the development and updating of workflows, procedures, and work instructions; * Contribute to handling notifications and non-conformities within the department. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a **Nursing** undergraduate program (mandatory). * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$950.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which shift are you attending?
