### **Key Responsibilities**
* Receiving, verifying, and recording invoices, bills, and other financial documents
* Scheduling and executing payments according to deadlines and internal policies
* Performing daily bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
* Managing due dates and organizing the payment workflow
* Supporting and maintaining relationships with suppliers to clarify financial queries
* Organizing and archiving physical and digital documents
* Assisting in preparing financial reports and managerial controls
* Updating spreadsheets and financial control systems
* Supporting cash flow and corporate expense management
### **Technical Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields
* Experience with financial routines, accounts payable, and banking products
* Excel (intermediate/advanced)
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of TOTVS (Datasul) system
