Job Responsibilities: * Provide user support. * Support system solutions by mapping requirements for system requests. * Conduct system version testing and accompany user acceptance testing (UAT). * Manage the backlog of service tickets and anomalies. * Ensure updating and creation of technical and operational system documentation, including process design.
