Hardware and peripheral maintenance. IT asset management and inventory. User account creation and access control (users, permissions, and profiles). Service monitoring and resolution of operational failures. Network infrastructure and connectivity support. Basic system configuration and support. Technical documentation and user training. Support for hospital environment systems and equipment. Previous experience in Technical Support, Support Assistant, Support Analyst, or IT Technician roles may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
