External activities involving customer service **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person service to external customers * Travel via public transportation (bus) according to the customer service schedule * Execution and monitoring of tasks related to service orders * Recording of information and reporting activity outcomes to the responsible department **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in any semester of a technical or undergraduate program: networks, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, IT maintenance, or related fields * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and organization * Availability for external activities **Additional Information:** * Customer service visits will occur as needed per service orders * Travel is conducted via public transportation * Transportation allowance provided in accordance with legislation Driver's License Category B – considered an advantage Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 5 months Compensation: R$500.00 – R$700.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
