PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Collective Passenger Transport Vehicle Instructor, Hazardous Materials Transport Instructor, School Transport Instructor, Emergency Transport Instructor, or Indivisible Cargo Transport Instructor, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of the course Diploma/Certificate (VALID). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (AT LEAST ONE YEAR IN THE CATEGORY). Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of the CNH (valid). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of disapproval of submitted documents. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relation to the target position (only if CTPS registration title matches the position required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** Experience delivering lectures.
