Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage financial, tax, and accounting routines, ensuring data integrity and supporting decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Execute and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines 2. Assist with tax-related activities and support accounting routines 3. Prepare and analyze Income Statements (DRE) and financial reports for decision-making We are looking for a **Financial Analyst** with solid experience in financial, tax, and accounting routines. This person will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information, supporting decision-making, and contributing to compliance with legal obligations and internal controls. **Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor **Accounts Payable** and **Accounts Receivable** routines, including journal entries, reconciliations, payment scheduling, and delinquency analysis. * Perform **bank reconciliations** and ensure accurate integration of financial transactions into the system. * Assist with **tax** activities (issuing and verifying fiscal invoices, taxes, ancillary obligations). * Support **accounting** routines, ensuring proper recording and compliance with regulations and internal policies. * Prepare, analyze, and present the **Income Statement (DRE)** and other financial reports. * Participate in monthly and annual **financial and accounting closings**. * Develop analyses, controls, forecasts, and managerial reports to support decision-making. * Support relationships with suppliers, customers, and other internal departments. * Suggest improvements to financial processes and internal controls. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in **Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, tax routines, accounting routines, and DRE**. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/ERP systems. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
