An automotive industry client is hiring an Embedded Systems Engineering Analyst – ADAS-focused – CTE (Core Technical Engineer) to work with components (specialist/integrator), including PAM, FCV, RCV, radars, etc. Focus on vehicles prior to market launch. **Main Responsibilities** ================================ * Manage the complete portfolio of ADAS cost-reduction proposals (VO). * Monitor KPIs, targets, and savings metrics. * Deliver periodic reports to internal and global teams. * Ensure the full lifecycle of proposals: creation, technical evaluation, validation, implementation, and financial closure. * Identify new opportunities for value optimization. * Prepare executive reports and presentations. * Interact with engineering, procurement, and suppliers in Brazil and abroad. **Mandatory Requirements** =========================== * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or nearing completion. * **Advanced English proficiency**. * **Solid knowledge of automobiles and genuine interest in the automotive sector**. * **Driver’s license category B** for operating vehicles. * 100% **on-site work in Betim/MG**. * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. **Desirable Qualifications** =========================== * Knowledge of embedded software. * Automotive electronics and digital systems. * Vehicle electronic/electrical architectures. * Experience with VO processes, value engineering, or cost engineering. **Ideal Profile** ================ * A **versatile individual with strong communication skills and ease of collaboration across diverse departments**. * Capable of **addressing varied problems**, acting swiftly, and working under pressure. * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented. * Curious, with genuine interest in automobiles and automotive technology. * Proactive in identifying improvements and cost-reduction opportunities. **What We Offer** Health insurance, fuel allowance or shuttle service, meal allowance, meals at the client’s facility, and a hybrid work arrangement (though full on-site availability is required for this role).
