




Description: CRM System Management * Administer the CRM (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar); * Create and maintain customer records, pipelines, and segmentation; * Ensure data integrity and continuous updates. Automation and Campaigns * Develop automated customer nurturing and journey workflows; * Configure email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, and notification campaigns; * Test, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on metrics. Data Analysis and Reporting * Monitor performance indicators (open rate, conversion rate, churn rate, etc.); * Create dashboards and tracking reports; * Generate insights to improve customer journey and commercial strategies.
