




Job Summary: The candidate will monitor and validate the execution of activities across various departments, support leaders and teams, map workflows, identify failures, and propose process improvements. Identifying failures and proposing operational improvements **Responsibilities** * Monitor daily execution of activities across departments: * Customer Service / Help Desk * Technical Support * Development * Marketing * Administration * Sales * Validate compliance with established processes, standards, and deadlines; * Support leaders and teams in organizing requests and operational routines; * Map and update existing workflows; * Identify operational failures and propose practical process improvements; * Create and maintain operational documentation, checklists, and procedures; * Support monitoring and control of operational KPIs and departmental productivity; * Ensure proper recording and tracking of activities in internal systems and tools; * Serve as a liaison point between departments to coordinate deliverables. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Business Process Management, or related fields**; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of technology environments and technical support; * Experience with operational routines and process monitoring; * Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively across multiple departments simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technology companies or MSPs; * Exposure to Help Desk or IT operations; * Familiarity with task, ticketing, or project management tools; * Basic understanding of ITIL or agile methodologies. **Behavioral Profile** * Hands-on, execution-oriented profile; * Operational organization and discipline; * Strong communication skills with technical teams; * Proactive problem-solving for day-to-day issues; * Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
