We don’t solely focus on development and coding; as a Team Tech Lead, you’ll assume a leadership role across the entire software development pipeline—from requirement elicitation and specification, architecture definition, modeling, implementation, testing, quality assurance, to system deployment and maintenance. In other words, you’ll have opportunities to grow across multiple domains! Work is conducted in collaborative teams fully focused on delivering optimal results for each client, and your role will be to lead them by example and serve as a technical expert contributing to the team’s success. We apply agile methodologies, and our team maintains a full-stack profile, working on the SYDLE ONE platform.
