




Job Summary: Professional responsible for describing, verifying, and optimizing production processes; ensuring system updates and finished product quality; as well as training and evaluating teams. Quality assurance and workplace safety Describe all production processes and ensure they remain up-to-date in the system and on the production floor; Verify, for each production run, all process and finished product controls to identify trends and confirm production parameters, charts, reports, product moisture levels, and alarms. Conduct team training as required or needed; evaluate technical capability of the team (operators and press assistants) according to requirements per position; Ensure, together with the Maintenance Manager, that machines operate properly relative to nominal capacity and pre\-established parameters. Generate maintenance requests via work orders (preventive and corrective); Evaluate best practices in production process operation; develop action plans to correct process failures; Support factory management in diagnosing failures and proposing solutions to improve processes; evaluate production performance (productivity, losses, over-weight, inventory, product cuts); Diagnose, resolve, and/or justify non-conformities identified by Quality Assurance, GMP Coordinator, or any other personnel who identifies them. Comply with and disseminate GMP and workplace safety regulations; ensure that Process Technical Standards and Department Recipes comply with design(s), control(s), and documentation(s) developed through monitoring, training, retraining, etc....
