Job Summary: A professional responsible for prospecting and purchasing services, materials, and equipment, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring orders. Key Highlights: 1. Order tracking to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to deadlines **Responsibilities:** * Conduct low-complexity procurement activities involving services, materials, and equipment—ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost-efficiency—by requesting technical and commercial proposals from suppliers, evaluating best conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time, and meeting organizational needs. * Request technical and commercial proposals, prepare quotation requests, summarize them, process information into spreadsheets, develop proposals and solutions, and act under guidance and supervision. * Interact with suppliers to clarify doubts and negotiate proposals (e.g., payment terms, warranties, penalties, mutual obligations, tax aspects, price adjustments, pricing, etc.), and request and evaluate supply contracts. * Monitor purchase orders to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe by ensuring compliance with contract terms, clauses, and deadlines. * Complete control spreadsheets with performance indicators for purchase orders to support indicator tracking and follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in procurement and supply chain functions. * Familiarity with Oracle Procurement Portal is desirable.
