If you thrive in dynamic environments, have strong people leadership skills, and seek professional growth, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and assign inventory tasks among team members. * Lead and monitor team performance, providing continuous guidance and feedback. * Train and onboard new employees, ensuring process standardization and best practices. * Identify, analyze, and correct counting discrepancies or operational failures. * Analyze inventory results and prepare reports for clients and internal management. * Resolve operational contingencies, ensuring adherence to deadlines, targets, and quality standards. * Serve as a technical and behavioral reference for field teams. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate Excel knowledge (spreadsheet manipulation and basic formulas). * Availability for frequent travel and work at various locations. * Prior experience in team leadership or inventory management is a plus.
