Job Summary: We are seeking an Attorney to handle routine legal tasks, manage cases, deadlines, and provide operational support in a law firm specializing in Tax Law. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthen the operational team in a law firm 2. Practice in Tax Law for legal entities and individuals 3. Provide operational support to the legal team Rosi Rodrigues Advocacia Law Firm — Located in the Center of Belo Horizonte/MG On-site position (non-negotiable) Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage daily operations, processes, and deadlines * Familiarity with electronic litigation systems * Experience in organizing and standardizing registrations, internal routines, and workflows * Practical knowledge of deadline management, case handling, electronic publications, and notifications * Provide operational support to the legal team * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organized and diligent approach to managing cases and people **Essential Requirements:** * Ability to manage deadlines * Proficiency in Excel, electronic litigation systems, and strong logical reasoning * Responsibility; proactive attitude and initiative * Execution-oriented, analytical, proactive, solution-driven, analytical, autonomous, responsible, multitasking-capable, organized, with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team * Collaborative mindset and strategic vision of legal controller functions **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of tax law * Postgraduate degree in Law and Civil Procedure or courses in Legal Controller Functions * Minimum 1 year of experience in a law firm **Rosi Rodrigues Advocacia is a law firm specializing in Tax Law, serving both individuals and legal entities.
