Supported by a dedicated team of over 100 employees, we are continuously expanding and seeking talented individuals eager to grow and thrive with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve and guide customers in person, by phone, and via e\-mail, providing support and assistance for their needs. * Build strong customer relationships, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism in all interactions. * Identify sales opportunities and promote company services in a consultative and ethical manner. * Record and follow up on customer requests and complaints, ensuring effective and satisfactory resolution. * Cash register opening and closing * Payment collection * Sales of plans **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed high school. * Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer relationship roles.
