Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Intern to support the development and enhancement of the user experience across our products, generating insights to drive platform growth. Key Highlights: 1. We currently have an opportunity for a **Product Intern!** Learn more about this opportunity below and accelerate your career at a company that never stops growing! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support Discovery activities, user interviews, validations, user flows, customer journeys, and interfaces; collaborate with Product Managers on development and multidisciplinary projects; * Identify usability issues/opportunities and translate them into improvements to the user experience; * Analyze and collect product data to generate insights for platform growth and problem identification; * Collaborate in building and consolidating the user experience across our products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in fields such as Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or related disciplines (from the 2nd semester onward). * Interest in pursuing a career in Digital Product Management; * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; * Proficiency with technology and digital tools; **Additional Information** * Completion of courses, bootcamps, or projects related to product, UX, or technology; * Basic knowledge of chatbots, digital customer service, or messaging tools; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or task management tools.
