Administrative support and execution of external tasks. **Position: Executive Secretary** **Location:** Estância Serrana Condominium – Nova Lima **Days:** Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday\-Friday **Hours:** 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM **? Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and organize personal schedules and appointments. * Monitor and respond to e\-mails and WhatsApp messages. * Track checking account transactions and balances. * Perform household purchases, including trips to the supermarket and other suppliers. * Support the organization of personal administrative tasks. * Carry out external tasks as needed (e.g., notary offices, banks, pickups/deliveries). **? Required Competencies and Skills:** * **Agility and proactivity** to anticipate and resolve tasks. * **Organization** and attention to detail. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency in **computer skills and digital tools** (e\-mail, WhatsApp Web, basic spreadsheets). * Discretion and professional confidentiality. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. **?
