**Store Manager – Clube Melissa (Footwear Segment)** *We are seeking a professional with a strong* ***commercial profile****,* ***results-oriented mindset*** *and experience leading retail teams. This manager will be responsible for the full operational management of the store, ensuring* ***excellence in customer service, team development, and achievement of established goals.*** **Work arrangements:** * CLT employment contract; * Working hours from Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week); * On-site work regime; * Store located in Belo Horizonte\-MG. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage sales indicators and performance; * Lead, train, and supervise the team; * Develop strategies to achieve goals; * Ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience; * Conduct operational management of the store; * Monitor inventory, organization, and processes; * Use online systems and tools for management and performance tracking. Requirements: **What we seek:** * Passionate about fashion and comfort; * Hands\-on, proactive profile with strong leadership ability; * Strong goal and results orientation; * Prior experience in retail team leadership; * Experience with digital tools and management systems; * Good communication skills and ability to develop teams. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in footwear or fashion segment; * Experience working in shopping malls is a plus; * Knowledge of retail KPIs; * Experience in online sales and social media.
