For this reason, we pay close attention to welcoming professionals with the most varied backgrounds. **What will be your role?** Monitor incoming service procurement requests for all construction sites and advance the contracting process to meet site requirements; Obtain service quotations from new and/or existing contractors, ensuring a minimum of three budget proposals; coordinate technical visits; prepare the quotation matrix; and submit it to the Procurement Coordinator for negotiation analysis. When required, quotation matrices will be forwarded to management for approval. After negotiation/contracting approval, create the contract in the Sienge system and monitor the signing of the draft contract with relevant parties. Request documentation required for service delivery, in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations; Register inputs in the system (Sienge); register contracts and/or amendments related to procurement activities of the Head Office departments. Initiate and manage non-conformance handling processes upon identification by construction sites; record them in the system, notify contractors, and monitor resolution.
