Description

Responsibilities and Duties: * **Initial Slaughter Stages:** Assist in the initial stages of cattle and swine slaughter, focusing on speed and safety. * **Tool Handling:** Use a pneumatic pliers to remove horns and hooves from cattle. * **Skinning Support:** Perform the initial ear cuts and assist in separating the hide from carcasses using industrial knives. * **Cleaning and Treatment:** Operate singeing equipment and scrape bristles from swine to ensure perfect skin cleanliness. * **Internal Logistics:** Attach hides to trolley hooks (roller) and assist in directing and transporting carcasses along the production line. * **Hygienization:** Actively participate in the final washing of carcasses, ensuring food quality and safety standards. * **Care and Organization:** Keep tools, PPE, and the workstation clean and well-maintained. Requirements: * **Experience:** Not required (on-site practical training provided). * **Physical Fitness:** Good stamina to work standing up, under continuous production pace, and in a refrigerated environment. * Ability and willingness to learn safe handling of knives and pneumatic tools. * Strong commitment to hygiene rules, punctuality, and workplace safety. Compensation and Additional Benefits: * **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.945,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Additional Benefits:** Hazard Pay \+ Seniority Bonus \+ Overtime Pay.
