It offers services ranging from software development to IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and maintain direct interface with internal and external customers. Conduct follow\-up with suppliers and parts planners to ensure proper information flow. Control and request parts according to operational demands. Manage the supply chain by monitoring parts collection and replenishment flows. Monitor logistics processes and support improvement of existing flows. Analyze complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant departments. Analyze operational data and prepare managerial reports to support decision-making. Conduct meetings with internal customers and partner departments to align processes. Previous experience as Strategic Planner, Project Analyst, Planning Coordinator, or Planning Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
