




Job Summary: Perform gravity die casting of aluminum parts, including feeding die casting machines, controlling furnace temperature, and alloy treatment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with aluminum casting. 2. Operation of grinders and saws for part finishing. 3. Operational maintenance of casting furnaces. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform gravity die casting of parts by feeding die casting machines with aluminum, controlling furnace temperature via electronic panel to maintain optimal temperature for part production as specified. \- Feed the furnace with ingots and master alloys (AI\-87% and Si\-13%); \- Perform alloy treatment by adding refiner, degasser, slag remover, and modifier; \- Remove ash from the furnace to keep it clean; \- Perform operational maintenance of casting furnaces, including crucible and refractory spout replacement when necessary; \- Perform maintenance, installation, and preparation of dies (applying mold release agent when required); \- Occasionally finish parts using grinders and saws to remove excess material; \- Occasionally operate overhead cranes (when trained and authorized) to transport parts. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Grinder operation * Metallurgy (knowledge of material alloys) * Saw operation Employment type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$3\.616,80 per month Screening question(s): * Do you have experience with aluminum casting?
