




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for in-person, telephone, and email customer service; reception of clients and suppliers; access control; meeting schedule organization; and general administrative support. Operational support in fleet management and document control **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and email support. * Receive corporate customers, drivers, suppliers, and visitors. * Control entry and exit of personnel within company premises. * Organize meeting room schedules and support commercial meetings. * Receive, register, and route correspondence and documents. * Support the operations team in managing fleet-related tickets (maintenance, accidents, documentation, and fines). * Assist in tracking vehicles under maintenance and communication with partner workshops. * Update internal administrative control spreadsheets and systems. * Support contract management, document expiration tracking, and physical/digital file organization. * Provide administrative support to commercial, operational, and finance departments as needed.
