




Job Summary: Professional responsible for optical product sales, customer service, sales target and process monitoring, as well as service order management and customer registration. Service order tracking and quality control Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, sunglasses, and accessories); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Monitor daily individual sales to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Track sales of complete eyeglasses (O.C.), ensuring report completion and achievement of biweekly and monthly targets via KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically correct optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Track service orders with the laboratory to guarantee delivery within the timeframe communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against purchase orders (quality and condition verification) and deliver them during the "magic moment"; Generate and receive mailbags; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Totalpass * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Gympass
