**100% On-site Position** The Microsoft Support Analyst - Pleno will be responsible for developing and implementing projects focused on Microsoft infrastructure, with an emphasis on optimizing and securing environments. The role includes creating and updating technical documentation while continuously proposing improvements in performance, security, and cost-efficiency. This professional will serve as a Level 2 technical support contact, providing specialized support across various Microsoft services and solutions, ensuring system stability and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, GPO, File Server, SharePoint, Print Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Hyper\-V, Windows Server, licensing, RADIUS, and Azure. * Actively participate in incident and problem resolution, applying effective solutions to ensure service continuity. * Perform configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows servers (2008\-2022\) and associated tools. * Implement and manage security and compliance policies using GPOs and other Active Directory tools. * Develop and execute migration and upgrade projects for environments, ensuring data integrity and service continuity during transitions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of Microsoft solutions with other systems and platforms. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including operational procedures and configuration guides. * Propose and implement continuous improvements aimed at reducing operational costs and increasing resource efficiency. **Skills:** * Analytical mindset. * Dynamism. * Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. * Professional demeanor when interacting with clients. **Prerequisites:** * Solid experience with Windows Server (versions 2008 to 2022\) and related tools, with in-depth knowledge of: * + Active Directory + PowerShell + File Server, Print Server, DHCP, DNS, HyperV * System Center * Advanced administration and support for Microsoft 365, including: * Office 365 Administrator * Exchange Online Administrator * Skype for Business Administrator * Knowledge of additional solutions, including: * Exchange 2010 (MSTSC) * Experience with collaboration and communication tools: * Experience with Azure, especially in managing and supporting services. * Knowledge of network authentication via RADIUS. * Familiarity with virtualization, particularly VMware. * General networking knowledge, including configuration and management of DHCP, DNS, and network infrastructure. * Proven experience in Microsoft environment migration and upgrade projects, especially Active Directory, File Server, Print Server, DHCP, DNS, and HyperV. **Desirable:** * Relevant certifications in Microsoft support and infrastructure. * Additional experience with VMware and its integration with Microsoft environments. * Knowledge of network security practices and advanced authentication solutions.
