Integration with PCP, production, design, and commercial departments Position: Supply Chain Coordinator – Textile Industry (Private Label) Job Description: The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for leading the entire supply chain in a private label operation, ensuring the availability of raw materials and inputs according to each client's specific requirements. The role requires strategic involvement in procurement planning, supplier negotiation, and integration with PCP and production, guaranteeing delivery timelines, quality, and competitiveness within a dynamic environment characterized by high order variability. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions, with focus on private label operations * Plan sourcing of fabrics, trims, and inputs based on customer orders and forecasts * Ensure adherence to production and delivery schedules, preventing disruptions caused by input shortages * Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms, delivery schedules, and flexibility * Develop and qualify suppliers aligned with each client's specific requirements * Manage inventory levels, balancing availability and working capital * Collaborate closely with PCP, production, design, and commercial departments * Monitor performance indicators (lead time, service level, inventory turnover, OTIF) * Implement improvements in procurement and supply processes * Lead and develop the supply chain team Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in supply chain within the textile industry, preferably in private label operations * Experience managing teams * Familiarity with dynamic environments, high demand volumes, and tight deadlines * ERP system knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Strong analytical and organizational skills Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
