Job Summary: Provide nursing assistance, monitor patients, conduct patient progress assessments, and support care planning, ensuring high-quality and safe patient care. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in care planning and adherence to clinical protocols Perform prescribed or routine nursing assistance activities to ensure high-quality and safe patient care; Monitor patients receiving care at the institution, identify possible complications, promptly notify supervisors and/or medical staff to facilitate rapid patient recovery; Conduct patient progress assessments according to standard protocols to ensure continuity of care, comply with legal requirements, internal procedures, patient safety, and risk minimization; Assist in developing individualized patient care plans at the institution, in accordance with internal procedures, current legislation, and regulatory authorities, to ensure compliance with clinical protocols; Perform administrative tasks to meet departmental needs, following internal procedures and established schedules; Ensure personal physical safety as well as that of colleagues, third parties, and others, by adopting and promoting risk prevention practices and overall health quality improvement; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1\.943,18 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher License/Certification: * COREN (Mandatory)
