Job Summary: This position involves assisting the finance department in preparing and analyzing reports, verifying data, issuing invoices, and providing interdepartmental support. Key Highlights: 1. Development in financial control and tax documentation. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Assist in finance department activities, including preparing and analyzing reports. Verify data and prepare/update financial control and monitoring spreadsheets. Issue invoices and transport documents (CTe), where applicable. Review pre\-invoices, invoices, and taxation (ISS, PIS/COFINS, INSS, etc.), ensuring accuracy prior to payments or accounting entries. Maintain digital archiving of fiscal and accounting documents. Provide support and interface with other company departments, helping resolve financial or administrative pending items. Invoice verification (input/output). Verification of ISS, PIS/COFINS, and withheld INSS taxation, as required. Preparation and verification of financial reports (cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, balances, pending items). Creation and maintenance of financial control spreadsheets. Issuance of fiscal and transport documents (invoice, CTe). Verification of pre\-invoices before approving payments or accounting entries. Digital archiving and organization of fiscal/accounting documents.
