Therefore, we are seeking a Customer Retention Assistant to strategically manage relationships with our customers, delivering solutions, empathetic support, and strengthening our service journey. Key responsibilities Perform proactive and reactive customer service; Handle customer retention and cancellation reversals; Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions; Record information and follow-ups in the system; Monitor requests and ensure efficient handling; Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues. Requirements Strong communication and negotiation skills; Empathy and active listening; Organization and demand management; Resilient profile with a solution-oriented mindset; Proactivity and sense of responsibility; Prior experience in retention, customer service, or relationship management is desirable.
