We are seeking an **Exam Room Assistant** to directly support patient appointments, ensuring organization, safety, compassionate care, and a positive experience at every stage of the patient journey. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, organize, and inspect the exam room before, during, and after consultations and procedures, ensuring compliance with the clinic’s technical, operational, and quality standards. * Enter ultrasound and other diagnostic test results. * Assist healthcare professionals during appointments by providing prompt, attentive, and responsible support. * Welcome patients, explain procedures, guide them through the workflow, and ensure comfort, privacy, and safety. * Act empathetically and carefully to contribute to a calm and humanized patient experience. * Ensure proper use, cleaning, organization, and restocking of materials, supplies, and equipment. * Strictly adhere to internal protocols, biosafety standards, ethics, and confidentiality requirements. * Promote patient retention through professional conduct, attention to detail, and alignment with the clinic’s culture. * Enter medical reports. * Prepare diagnostic images. * Assemble patient result folders. * Perform bioimpedance analysis and ECG. * Assist with various other tests and procedures. * Perform other duties inherent to the role.
