Job Summary: We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our sales team in the medical products segment, responsible for operational support, customer follow-up, and identification of business opportunities. We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our sales team in the medical products segment.* **Work arrangements:** * CLT employment contract; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote); * Office located in Jardim Canadá neighborhood, Nova Lima. **As a Commercial Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:** * Providing support for the commercial department’s operational routines, including order verification and billing. * Monitoring deliveries and supporting communication with customers. * Conducting after-sales activities, including contacting customers to measure satisfaction and identify new needs. * Identifying business opportunities with existing customers. * Organizing and updating the customer database and records in the CRM. * Contacting inactive customers for re-engagement and forwarding opportunities to the sales team. Requirements: * Preferred education (in progress or completed) in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Commercial experience and proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written). * Analytical ability and execution focus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
