As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the logistics area’s operational routines, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes such as route planning, deliveries, pickups, and support to units. You will work strategically alongside the Operations Management team, implementing improvements, analyzing performance indicators, and leading a results-focused team. If you wish to grow within a collaborative, dynamic environment oriented toward continuous improvement, this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and coordinate logistics activities (distribution, transportation, and communication). * Plan routes, monitor, and control deliveries and pickups. * Manage teams and oversee material and financial resources of the department. * Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support recruitment processes for new professionals. * Support logistics operations at branch offices, ensuring standardization and quality. * Compile and analyze management reports. * Monitor safety regulations, environmental controls, and legal requirements. * Develop suppliers: negotiate contracts, conduct qualification visits, and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements. * Support audits and implement continuous improvement processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in the field is desirable. * Prior experience in logistics (preferably within the healthcare sector). * Availability for flexible working hours and travel. * Effective leadership and interpersonal skills. * Data analysis capability and resource optimization skills. **Additional Information** * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), leaving your evenings and weekends free! * Meal allowance (R$ 22.00 per workday). * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided by us. * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction). * Health and dental insurance. * SESC membership. * Gympass (Wellhub). * Birthday day off. * Extended marriage leave. * Up to 40% discounts at partner universities.
