Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the safe operation of buses on urban or highway routes, vehicle inspection, customer service, and adherence to scheduled shifts. These are our main goals in serving our customers. **We have 68 years of tradition!** **Responsibilities:** * **Safe Driving:** Operate the bus on urban or highway routes, complying with traffic laws; * **Vehicle Inspection:** Check safety items such as brakes, tires, lights, and oil/water levels before starting a shift; * **Customer Service:** Assist passengers boarding and alighting, including elderly and disabled passengers; * **Schedule Adherence:** Follow the established itinerary, stops, and timetables; * **Maintenance and Cleaning:** Maintain interior vehicle cleanliness and report mechanical issues to maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Residence in Betim or neighboring cities; * Valid driver's license category D or E (mandatory); * Numerical aptitude; * Ability to read and write; * No excessive points on driver's license (serious traffic violations). **Company Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3.184,02 * Meal Card: R$ 900,12 (no deduction); * Health Plan: R$ 39,86 + 1% of salary; * Pharmacy Plan (no monthly fee); * SESI Club Plan; * Free Transportation (Transbetim, Ótimo and BH Bus — 3 cards); * SEST SENAT (Dentist, Psychologist, Physiotherapist and Nutritionist).
