Our **Mid-Level Cloud Infrastructure Analyst** is responsible for solution architecture, automation and orchestration, monitoring, and optimization. Apply now—we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical point of contact for our portfolio of clients (national and international), providing specialized support and consulting for AWS cloud environments. * Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure solutions, focusing on services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM. * Implement and manage monitoring of environments and applications using observability tools, with primary emphasis on Datadog. * Manage the full lifecycle of requests and projects—from gathering requirements with clients through to documenting the final solution. * Identify and implement performance, security, and cost optimizations across client infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Requirements:** * **Advanced/Fluent Spanish:** Mandatory for technical communication (verbal and written) with clients. * **Solid AWS Experience:** Practical experience with core AWS compute, storage, and networking services. * **Observability Experience:** Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools, especially Datadog. * **Client-Facing Experience:** Prior experience in technical support, consulting, or infrastructure analyst roles with a customer-centric focus. * **Organization and Communication:** Strong ability to manage tasks, prioritize demands, and communicate clearly. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Observability (Datadog and other tools). * AWS certifications (Associate level or higher). * Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation). * Scripting language proficiency (Python, Bash). * English for reading and technical communication. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** Remote work Educational incentives (partnerships with educational institutions) Paid vacation TotalPass Birthday off Medical insurance Dental insurance Maternity leave Paternity leave AWS certification reimbursement We are a young, dynamic company focused on innovation! **Our goal is to rank among the largest and best IT companies in Brazil**, delivering the most innovative solutions to our clients, partners, employees, and community.
