Your talent can greatly contribute to our mission! **As a Junior Infrastructure Analyst, you will:** * Be responsible for supporting the administration of system infrastructure, ensuring its full operation and **meeting the IT needs of affiliated cooperatives**. You will implement systems and methodologies, and monitor, identify, and diagnose potential irregularities that could jeopardize operational continuity. You will also provide technical support and ensure the availability of technological resources (networks, servers, links, and other components), executing planning, installation, deployment, and maintenance of related environments—with a focus on availability, integrity, and operational continuity. **Your main activities will include:** * Diagnosing irregularities that may interrupt or compromise operations; * Supporting administration and maintenance of backup routines; * Participating in monitoring the technology environment to ensure sustainability and proper functioning of existing technological solutions and applications; * Supporting implementation of routines and processes aimed at continuous operational improvement; * Addressing vulnerabilities—per guidance—in company systems, servers, and applications; * Tracking the lifecycle of queries, incidents, and service requests until resolution, proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Receiving service calls, registering user contacts, and monitoring escalation procedures; * Providing user support regarding system usage, clarifying doubts and assisting with operational difficulties; * Executing predefined routines—including backups, restorations, checks, updates, and software installations—as defined in scripts; * Performing administrative controls, such as managing installed hardware/software assets, inventory, and stock; * Preparing management reports for presentation to the Board of Directors, following predefined templates and scripts; * Assisting users and installing equipment; * Providing technical support for hardware, software, and networks, ensuring stability and optimal performance of technological resources. **Working Hours:** * 40 hours per week. **Work Model:** * Remote work, with in-person meetings once per month and/or whenever necessary. **This position is open to Persons with Disabilities.** **Requirements:** **We seek a candidate with:** * A completed bachelor’s degree in Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Local Network configuration, and Desktop configuration; * Knowledge of link monitoring; * Knowledge of firewall and content filtering administration; knowledge of Windows Server; * Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * A postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field; * Occasional availability to travel for cooperative support (5 trips per year); * Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a collaborative attitude. **Our Benefits: Care and Growth for You!** * Longevity Bonus: Recognition for your tenure; * Daycare Assistance; * Sickness Allowance; * Funeral Assistance; * ASCRED – Association of Sicoob Central Crediminas Employees; * Study Grant: We want to see you grow!
